If you or your family are wanting to make better menu choices for your weekly meals, I can develop a meal plan just for you, or your entire family. If you are on  a restricted diet, I can also develop a meal plan that will cater to your individual needs. If you are wanting to have a special occasion gourmet meal prepared for two, or twenty I can meet your needs too. I finished school in November of 2006 and became the Executive Chef/Cafe Director at The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas. I left The Hills in November of 2007 to become the Research and Development Chef for Vertical Sales and Marketing, San Ramon, CA. I am developing new sauces and concepts for Versamar for food sales in large retail markets. Our name brands for Versamar are Ventera Ranch, First Cuisine and Wyndemar Farms, we are now offering private labels for retail supermarket chains.
