I finished school in November of 2006 and became the Executive Chef/Cafe Director at The Hills Fitness Center in Austin, Texas. I left the Hills in Nov. 2007 to become a research and development chef for Versamar, San Ramon, CA. I am developing new sauces, and food concepts for food sales in the retail market.
